Food You Really Like - Jjajang Tobokki

Lately I have become a fan of Korean food, thanks to the Korean restaurants located in Patronato. This is why my favorite food now is a Korean dish, called Jjajang Tobokki. The ingredients are rice doughs called tteoks, topped in chunjang sauce (which is a fermentation of soy and black beans), accompanied by vegetables and chives.

The preparation consists of placing the tteoks in a pot along with the sauce and seasoning to taste until the tteoks begin to take the color of the sauce.

I really like its flavor, as it mixes with the sauce and the texture of the tteoks is very soft almst like a gummy. In addition, in most restaurants the dishes are big and affordable.

To tell the truth I don´t know how it affects my health, but eating it fro, time to time makes me happy hahaha.
